I am someone with ADHD and an ADHD life coach working with women who have ADHD or are married to someone with ADHD or have children with ADHD. I help people with time management, clutter, procrastination, meeting deadlines and social skills. I started this group with the intention of creating a safe and supportive environment for women to come together and share their stories and support each other.

Come to our professionally run Parent Support Group for parents of children with ADHD. Parents share concerns with each other and hear of other's experiences, coping strategies and referral sources. Meetings also include a monthly topic for discussion with handouts, resources. Dr. Barbo, a licensed psychologist, has facilitated support groups for over 15 years in NJ and PA.
The goal of this Meetup group is to allow children (11-16 yrs of age) with Aspergers and/or ADHD to meet, and play in a non judgmental, semi supervised environment. Ideally, groups would be kept at small numbers (for the benefit of the child) where parents would rotate hosting events in their home. This is not a parents support group. This is solely an opportunity for children to intermingle with other children who are also dealing with similar social challenges.
